Hi, my name is Ayana. I am a singer & actress, with over 30 years in the entertainment industry. I'm also the Founder of Be Unrestrained -- aka Be U. As a performer who has battled fear, anxiety, and the nagging voice of self-doubt, I am offering a safe space for people like me -- artists, creators, and entrepreneurs who know they have something powerful to share, but sometimes feel held back by inner limitations.
