Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
All sales are final, meaning we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased items. This policy applies to holiday sales, flash sales (site-wide or product-specific), and items purchased with discount codes. However, we will promptly correct any errors made by our company.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at hello@beunrestrained.com to report the issue. Be sure to include the following details:
- Your order number
- The name and email used for the order
- A clear description of the issue, including the original product ordered and the product you received (style/design, color, and size)
Additionally, attach photos of the product(s) to help us understand the mishap. For example, you can show any defects, the size tag, or the incorrect item.
If you received a defective product, we will provide you with a discount code for your next purchase. Rest assured, any incorrect orders will be corrected promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
